Count the cash, see what came in each way, and start tomorrow with the right numbers.

Close the day after your last sale. You do it on your phone, in a few minutes.
Open Close the day. Drapli shows what should be in the till. Count it and type what you have.
Each way they paid has its own line, so you can match it with your EcoCash and bank messages.
Tip
Close the day at the same time every night. Your reports read better that way.
If something doesn't match
Check your EcoCash and bank messages for that day, then count the cash again. Most gaps are a sale that wasn't recorded.
